Bait, also known as Decoy, is a Korean drama that came out on January 27, 2023. Since its release, the drama has been received with much love from the people. Bait ended with 6 episodes, with the last episode of Bait Season 1 coming out on February 10, 2023.
Originally Bait was set to have 8 episodes. However, the season was cut short and ended up producing only 6 Episodes. Episode 7 of Bait was scheduled for this Valentine’s. However, with its cancellation, fans have been disappointed yet eager for the release of its next season.

Bait Synopsis
Koo Do Han, our protagonist, was a lawyer before he became a detective. On a mission to find out the real reason and culprit behind an unsolved crime, Do Han is set on the past, trying to uncover the truth about this gruesome case.
He starts his investigation and tries to fix the pieces leading to the cause of the crime and who the perpetrator was. On his journey, he encounters two strangers who, later on, help him in his quest to solve the obscure crime.
Cheon Na Yeon and No Sang Cheon both end up crossing paths with Do Han and accompany him in his mission to unravel the truth of the unsolved crime. Na Yeon is a reporter, while Sang Cheon is a con artist. While this bunch may seem odd and out of place, they’re deadset on bringing justice to the victims of the case when they come together.
Recap of Bait Season 1 Episode 6
In the last episode of Bait Season 1, the support group receives a message from the killer claiming to kill a person right at that very moment, in a different time period. Na-Yeon, our reporter, decides to check the location herself to see what became of it.
Meanwhile, Kang Jong Hoon, the Deputy’s head, finds a car on the road that seems to have been in an accident. As he draws nearer, another car stops by, from which a group of men comes out with masks and rods making them unidentifiable.
Pulling out his gun, Jong Hoon faces these people but is stunned when he finds out the woman who was with them is actually a man. He takes off his wig, and the episode ends with the man stepping out of the vehicle.
