Born in Chicago, Illinois Philip on October 26, 1978, Brooks, originally Philip Jack Brooks, is a professional wrestler, actor, and mixed martial artist.
Jack uses CM Punk as his stage name during the wrestling matches, and he is best known for his snit in the WWE, and he is one of the few wrestlers to hold the longest reign as WWE Champion. Jack has been a part of the wrestling industry for a very long period of time. Jack finished his high-school education at Lockport Township High School.
Jack had an alcoholic father and a mother who suffered from bipolar disorder, thus making his childhood filled with sad memories. The first time Jack participated as a wrestler was in the mid-1990s in Lunatic Wrestling Federation, a backyard wrestling. Jack made his debut in professional wrestling on March 13, 1999.
Jack began to wrestle with his stage name CM Punk after he was put in a tag team with CM Venom. Jack was hired by Ring Of Honor after his match with Colt Cabana, and he made his debut at ROH on November 9, 2002, in the ROH All-Star Extravaganza.
Jack made his WWE debut against Justin Credible on August 1, 2006, after signing with WWE in 2005, and he has been a two-time champion of WWE. Jack tied the knot with April Mendez, a professional wrestler, on June 13, 2014; Jack has been a part of controversy twice in his career span.
The first time Christopher Amann, a WWE doctor, filed a case for defamation against CM Punk after the latter accused the doctor of malpractice. The lawsuit was settled in Christopher’s favor, and Jack was instructed to make the payment. Jack received his training from several professional wrestlers, including Ace Steel, Dave Taylor, Fit Finlay, and William Regal.
Jack holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu after he was trained under Daniel Wanderley. Jack made his debut in the world of acting in 2019 with his role as Don Koch in Girl On The Third Floor. Viewers were filled with love for his acting, and he received praise from everyone who watched the movie.

Why Was CM Punk Fired?
The real question should be, was CM Punk fired or left the ring to take a break from wrestling for a while? In reality, Punk walked out of WWE after being unhappy with his bookings for a while. The professional wrestler was tired of the lies, and having come face to face with death after being misdiagnosed for his injuries by WWE, he made the decision to quit.
Jack later sued WWE for the injuries caused to him during the matches, which would have led to his death. After being burned out from wrestling during his snit in WWE, Punk took a break for seven years, and he only came back after AEW made an alternative offer to him. Jack’s initial target at WWE was to not get fired, but as he became one of the best wrestlers there, his ambitions increased.
Another reason for Punk having walked out of WWE could have been his loss to The Rock and John Cena. Well, another truth to be told Punk did get fired from WWE later, and he revealed how the WWE used him for their benefit. The day Punk was supposed to tie the knot with his wife, he received a mail from FedEx informing him about his firing.
Jack revealed that the letter from WWE stated his termination alongside informing him that he needed to give up all his royalty rights. McMahon, Chairman of WWE, apologized for Jack receiving the letter of his termination on the day he was supposed to get married.
Punk got fired after he was inactive in the ring for a long time though it appeared the wrestler retired from the ring on his own time. McMahon’s apology was deemed a publicity stunt by the professional wrestler. Punk has been open about feeling unappreciated at WWE. Thus, he walked out of the ring.
