We have never seen Isiah Pacheco give up on his play. Recently, Isiah posted a Tiktok video where he opened up about running so hard every time he touches the ball. The Kansas City Chiefs head coach appreciated him for that, saying, “Isiah Pacheco only has one speed: going full throttle with the pedal to the floor.” He is reported to hit every hole going 1000 mph, appearing very impatient.
The devastating reason behind Isiah Pacheco running so hard has something to do with his siblings getting murdered. He was very young at that time and failed to do something.
It was in 2016 when Isiah Pacheco used to play football at Vineland High School. In that year, he lost his older brother, Tivares. How? As mentioned earlier, he was killed. Later, in the following year, Isiah’s sister, Celeste, was shot during a domestic violence dispute.
Isiah Pacheco runs so hard on the field, as it seems like he leaves it all out there. Concerning this, the football running back said, “You never know when it’s going to be your last opportunity.” In addition to that, he said that he never knew when it was going to be his last time seeing his siblings.
Talking more about the tragic incidents, Isiah Pacheco shared that his brother got stabbed, and it was very hurtful. He added saying that he didn’t have that same guidance when he would hear him scream his name at the football fields. Again, the next year, when he lost his sister, he was helpless and couldn’t figure out what to do.
It was at that time when Isiah Pacheco realized that he needed to work hard and make his siblings proud of him. Their deaths were major losses to Isiah. Even on the days of Celeste’s funeral, Isiah had a match. He played hard to make his sister smile. It’s very much evident how Isiah Pacheco still mourns for the losses.
Isiah has been the only one in his family to pursue football as his profession. His parents have always been supportive of him. Especially his mother once shared that she wanted the best for him as he went through a lot that no one should ever experience.
