Luffy and Naruto Uzumaki, in terms of power. We will compare them on the bases of endurance, strength, stamina, speed, and their ultimate moves. This funny comparison will be very informative as we will learn about each of the character’s abilities with mentioned weaknesses.
The below comparison is solely based on the author’s own opinions, and this is not related to any factual data or serious comparison in any way. There are very high chances that your opinions might vary from ours. This comparison is just for fun and should be read casually.
Luffy belongs to one of the most famous anime, One Piece, which is based on the concept of pirates. Luffy wished to become King of Pirates someday and began his journey to the sea when he was only 17 years old. Along the way, he recruited amazing crewmates in his pirate crew, whereas Naruto belongs to the anime called Naruto and Naruto Shippuden.
The anime is based on the concept of shinobis who dedicate their lives for the sake of their homelands. Uzumaki Naruto, despite bearing all the ignorance and hatred from the villagers, dreamed of becoming the Hokage someday. Both anime series share the same concept of Never Giving Up on Our Dreams.
Luffy’s Abilities:
Monkey D. Luffy ate the Gomu Gomu no Mi (Hito Hito no Mi: Moden Nika), which allowed him to make his body flexible like rubber. Luffy’s attacks are impossible to evade due to the massive size and speed of his punches. Luffy also mastered the Haki and the color of a supreme king, which ultimately made his attacks even more powerful.
As Luffy is the master of The Color of Supreme King, He can also unleash conquerers’ haki and, thus, can defeat thousands of enemies with lower willpower. Luffy’s observation of haki gives him an edge on the battlefield. Luffy’s most powerful form, i.e. Gear 5, can crush even the strongest opponents with ease. Even the world’s strongest creature, Kaido, couldn’t withstand in front of Luffy’s attacks. There’s only weakness Luffy has is, He Can’t Swim.

Naruto’s Abilities:
Naruto Uzumaki is equipped with the Nine-Tails fox, which enables him to have an enormous chakra reservoir. Naruto’s attacks are quite powerful and can hurt even stronger opponents. Naruto’s speed and endurance are quite impressive. Naruto, in his Kyuubi mode, can sense life energy which gives him an edge on the battlefield. Naruto also has a sage mode which allows him to fight tough combats with great instincts. Naruto is able to summon giant toads and can use them on the battlefield. When he is in Nine-Tail Chakra Mode, He can fight even the toughest battles with confidence.
Luffy vs Naruto: Who Would Win?
If we look at the abilities of both characters, it would be really difficult to predict the winner straight away because both of them have their own strong points. In order to defeat Luffy, Naruto must throw him into the ocean or any water body. Attacking Luffy with punches won’t do much damage to him as he can resist the damage with his armament haki. Apart from this, Luffy’s Gear 5 form can cause so much trouble for Naruto.
Naruto’s summoning jutsu won’t help him much as we have seen Luffy fighting with sea kings with ease, and he should be able to take down those giant toads with his conquerer’s haki. Thus, the winner would be Monkey D. Luffy. If you think otherwise, do let us know in the comment section below.
