What happens if an Artificial Intelligence you created starts to feel emotions with one goal in mind to become self-protection as humans around the world are set to destroy it? A miniseries released in 2012 focused on a similar storyline with a journalist and hacker discovering an artificial intelligence has become sentient.

General Michael Overson, Seth Green playing the role of Lucifer, Matt Frewer playing the role of Arthur Bowden, and Janet Kidder playing the role of Elizabeth Hardington in the lead cast.
The recurring cast of Delete stars Andrew Airlie playing the role of Marcu Trumaine, Blu Mankuma playing the role of General Cassius, Theresa Russell playing the role of Fiona, Michael P. Northey playing the role of Belphegor, Birkett Kensington as Major Kensington, Agam Darshi playing the role of Dr. Singh, Emily Holmes playing the role of Naomi Overson, Amitai Marmirstein playing the role of Cliff and Jaylee Hamidi playing the role of Keiko Nakamura.
Produced by Steve Barron and Dan Clarke, the series had two episodes, with each episode running for 60 minutes. Delete was well received by the viewers as the plot was unique. The series follows a similar pattern to the Indian Bollywood film titled Robot, where the robot named Chitti begins to feel emotions and makes the decision to end humanity after getting heartbroken by his creator.
Similarly, the 2013 released miniseries showcases the disaster that could occur in our all too-fragile digital world if the A.I. begins to feel. The A.I. decides to end humanity after becoming sentient and gaining the ability to feel emotions.
