The Meta Liberation Army

For starters, Meta Liberation Army is the major antagonist of this arc. Its history traces way back into the past. The Army was previously led by Chikara Yotsubashi, his villain name being Destro. Its main foundation is their belief that there should be freedom in the use of quirks instead of being restricted. The army rebelled but was ultimately defeated. Destro was imprisoned, and he died at some point of time in imprisonment. But, before dying, the villain wrote a book in prison, an autobiography which was titled the ‘Meta Liberation War.’ The book expresses how the free use of quirks is a human right, and people should oppose the regulations. The book was printed many times and continues to influence some people to date, even if many others ridicule it.

After years, in the present day, the Meta Liberation Army is resurrected by Rikiya Yotsubashi, Destro’s son, who carries the villain name Re-Destro. He is also the CEO of the Detnerat company. Destro has spent years collecting warriors that believe in the foundation of the Army and Destro’s words. The army consists of many strong warriors, some of which have also infiltrated the hero society. Five main members of the Meta Liberation Army are Re-Destro, the Grand Commander; Chitose Kizuki (Villain Name- Curious), a leading member; Koku Hanabata (Villain name- Trumpet), another leading member; Tomoyasu Chikazoku (Villain name- Skeptic) yet another leading member; Geten, an important member.
