In the last episode of the Bachelorette, we saw how things went from spicy to sad in the city of lights as Rachel and Gabby were excited to narrow their list of aspiring partners in Paris. After that, the European adventure moves to Belgium, specifically to the city of Bruges, for a deep dive into the culture, outdoors, parks, entertainment, culinary, and romantic escapades. It goes without saying that there will be drama, there will be tears, and there will be fights. Let’s take a look a what’s coming in The Bachelorette Season 19 Episode 6.
This Bachelorette season is different from the others because we have two bachelorettes! That’s double the fun, double the contestants, and double the drama for our ladies looking for a shot of love in this unscripted dating show on its nineteenth season. So, without any further ado, let’s begin with a recap of last week’s episode!
The Bachelorette Season 19 Episode 5 Recap
In the opening moments of The Bachelorette episode, Gabby is beaming with excitement as they set sail for a different Belgian city. She doesn’t know who will surprise her as her connections grow deeper. Since Belgium is so romantic and genuinely a fairytale, Rachel is thrilled to be there. She is looking forward to a new beginning because the previous few weeks have been trying for her. She is confident that the guys will be there for her on the group date today.
The members of Team Rachel are conversing and agree that they must support Rachel. Logan, however, feels something for Gabby even though he hasn’t expressed it. Tino, Zach, Meatball, Ethan, Tyler, and Logan receive a date card, saying, “How sweet it is to be loved by you,” Rachel. Logan admits he has conflicting emotions about this one to the guys. Logan wants to go talk to Rachel before the group date begins.
Logan
Logan knocks on Rachel’s door and requests entry. Every time she honors him with a rose, he tells her he feels honored but feels like something is anchoring him. He felt a genuine connection with her, but he also connected well with Gabby. He believed that Gabby would be the one to give him the rose, not her. Everyone else on the date card is interested in going out with her, but he has feelings for Gabby, can’t go on the group date, and wants to stop dating her. She comments to him that she wishes he had told her sooner. Logan was the recipient of Rachel’s first group date rose, and she was hoping that their relationship would progress.
Logan is absent when it’s time for Rachel’s group date, and the other guys are unsure why. Rachel is crying once more in the background and feels abandoned every week. When Jesse visits Rachel, she claims that she had assumed that people would no longer change their minds, but they still do, and it is frightening. She thinks it’s unfair to the other guys that she’s building walls around herself. Logan could not carry on the act and hoped Gabby would share his sentiments. Logan approaches Gabby to talk. He explains what he said to Rachel and how annoyed she was.

Gabby’s Team Date
It’s time for Gabby’s group date, and they will explore the city together. After taking a boat ride, they pause to get waffles. They then join a group of kids and play soccer with them. Unexpectedly, a large Belgian man appears with buckets of fish. He then challenges the men to a game of rock, paper, scissors, and, if they lose, the winner will hit them with a fish. Overall, the guys had a great day; there was no drama, and they all got along well. It’s time for the cocktail party, and the men are relieved that there aren’t many of them because they won’t have to compete for Gabby’s attention. A toast is made to their evening. Logan then enters and inquires about the men. He tells the men that he prefers to pursue Gabby over Rachel.
The other guys are not pleased that Gabby approved him joining Team Gabby. Logan will also be relocating with them. When Gabby enters, she joins the guys in toasting a fantastic evening. She is concerned about the evening and does not want Logan’s presence to endanger her relationships with the other men. Gabby enjoys spending time with all the guys; during their time together, she even leans in for a passionate kiss from Logan. Nate ultimately received the group date rose. Erich is disappointed because he believed he had a strong connection with Gabby but didn’t receive the rose. He is considering whether it was a waste of his time to be there.
Rose Ceremony
Before the Rose Ceremony, it is time for the joint cocktail party. Nate enjoys spending time with Gabby, who recently gave him some chocolate from Belgium for his daughter. Logan is anxious and doesn’t want to lose this opportunity to be with Gabby, but he isn’t sure he will succeed in getting a rose.
It’s time for the Rose Ceremony, and trouble will ensue if Logan receives a rose. Jason, Erich, Logan, and Spencer each receive a rose from Gabby. Mike and Mario are returning home. Ethan, Tyler, and Zach each receive a rose from Rachel. Meatball is leaving to go home.
