Volcanic Age Chapter 225 begins after Cheon vs. Yonglin the Sea Warrior. Yonglin realizes her plans were ruined, but she is not worried since she is deep underwater. Cheon appears before her and points the sword at her face. Yonglin smiles and believes Cheon is a fool since sword techniques don’t work under the water. Yonglin uses Hell Thunderclap Kick, which Cheon does, and the kick cuts the water. Cheon had no words since he couldn’t talk underwater, and all he had to do was focus on breathing and capture Yonglin. He realizes that Yonglin is an arrogant lady, and humans know that arrogance is another type of poison they deal with.
Yonglin keeps sending barrages of Hell Thundrclap Kicks, but she is surprised that Cheon is not running out of breath since he is spending a lot of time in the water. Yonglin wonders if he is using bewitching methods or some trick to keep on breathing under the water. Two warriors from Southern Sea Dragon joined Yonglin and decided to attack together.
They try to lure Cheon deep inside the water, where he fails to breathe. Cheon surprised them by cutting the water with his blade. Yonglin and the warriors wonder what sword Cheon uses that can cut through the water. They create a trio combo attack to chain Cheon with water handcuffs.

Cheon realizes that he has to cut that water chain, or they wil catch him, and it wil be over. Cheon knows that humans’ fate is in his hand since he has to defeat Cheon and then take on Yongmi. The humans’ hopes will be shuttered if the Southern Sea Dragon warrior captures him. Cheon wonder if a poison attack will work against Southern Sea Dragon warrior even though they are within their territory.
But he was attacked and docked water spear that almost tore his clothes apart. Cheon realizes that if he uses poison water, it will reach Yaja over in Dragon Palace. He realizes that Sung Gye and other humans might also fall into the water since the war has begun from both sides. Using poison attacks might endanger human lives.
Cheon believes the enemies might be monsters, but they are still humans since they are half-human monsters. He rounds them off and finds an opening where he sends a flying spear. Yonglin realizes she is feeling pain in her leg and finds a flying spear has stabbed her. While she tries to get rid of the first spear, Cheon sends another flying spear that stabs her back.
The Southern Sea Dragon warriors think that Cheon is playing it dirt by attacking someone who is injured. Cheon realizes that an injured person can kill a guy who is not injured. But those two guys are worried that Yonglin is a lady and she doesn’t deserve to be hurt.
Cheon believes that ladies afraid to hurt must not be part of any battle since men will lose. The two warriors get angry, notice that Yonglin’s beautiful body is leading, and decide to fight at 100%. Cheon dives deep inside the water due to the massive attacks from the two.

Yonglin notices that Cheon has planned on the sea bed and wonders if he is crazy since he is in the deepest place where they can finish him off easily.
