About Tatsuki Fujimoto

The wonderful and talented mangaka we are talking about is Tatsuki Fujimoto. He was born on 10th October 1992 and is currently 29 years old. He was born in Nikaho, Akita Prefecture, Japan. As per the sources and interviews, he began to draw from a very young age. He has always been passionate about drawings and arts. In order to follow his passion for painting and drawing, he decided to get enrolled in an art school. However, due to the unavailability of any preparatory school near his home, he has to move to his grandparents. Since then, he began to attend and practice drawing with a more professional approach. In 2014, he graduated from Tohoku University of Art and Design in Western Painting.

Tatsuki Fujimoto was so passionate and dedicated to what he wanted to do. He made his first step in the manga industry in 2011, even before he graduated. It was his first work that turned out to be the one-shot titled “Niwa ni was Niwa Niwatoru Ga ita”. It was published by Shueisha and was nominated for Month Awards at that time. It has already been a decade since Fujimoto has been producing new and great work. Although he has created a lot of great mangas and one-shots, he is particularly known for some of his most popular works. That includes “Fire Punch,” “Chainsaw Man,” and “Look Back”. These three turned out to be super popular, and Chainsaw Man broke many records. Now everyone has their eyes on “Goodbye Eri” to see how it will turn out.

Tatsuki Fujimoto’s One-Shot manga GoodBye Eri or Sayonara Eri is a current topic nowadays. The manga is his new 200-page work that is released under the One-Shot category. It was released on 11th April 2022, Sunday, as per Japan Time by Shueisha in Shonen Jump+ magazine. However, it is now going to be digitally on two leading manga reading platforms. In order to remember her, Yuta will try to capture all of his mother’s memories on the phone. However, depression takes over him. He goes to the roof of the hospital to commit suicide but fortunately meets a strange girl there, who will somehow inspire him to take on his filmmaking journey.
