Chris Peterson and Bryan Moore created this Disney Channel television series. Vic is said to play a titular role in the story. He just so happens to be married to Eva and a mad scientist. His wife is an electrical supervillain as well.
The three children of the marriage are Amy, Jake, and Colby. The entire family is a member of the League of Supervillains, an organization of bad guys led by the evil Onyx. When Amy tries to persuade Onyx to give Surge the promotion early in the series, we see him disparage Amy’s family.
