The release date of the Turkish series, Veda Mektubu episode 8 has been scheduled and it is knocking at the door. The seventh episode of the series which was released on April 10, 2023, has shown some unexpected incidents, which have come as a shock to the audience as well as the characters of the series.
The full-fledged drama-oriented series has attracted the viewers of Turkey to a great extent. The viewers are loving the sass, that the female lead, Alanur is presenting on screen, as well as the chemistry between Mehmet and Asli. Veda Mektubu, known as “Farewell Letter” when translated to English, is the production under Most Production. The series features Nurgul Yesilcay as Alanur Yildiz, Selim Bayraktar as Ziya Karli, Rabia Soyturk as Asli Yildiz, Emre Kivilcim as Mehmet Karli, and Bennu Lightning as Seher Karli, as protagonists.
The series revolves around a strong businesswoman named Alanur and, a business from Antakya, Ziya, who were lovers in the past. But due to their families, who were against their relationship, they had to break up and started living their lives separately.
After many years, the two childhood lovers cross path when Ziya’s son, Mehmet, and Alanur’s daughter, Asli, falls in love with each other. But the couple’s relationship has to face a lot of obstacles because of Ziya and Alanur’s past. Ziya and Alanur try to protect their children by keeping them away from each other so that they do not end up as their parents did.

Veda Mektubu Episode 7 Recap
Episode 7 of Veda Mektubu witnessed the suicide of Hatice, which comes as a great shock to the family. Due to this incident, everyone is seen to be anxious and the atmosphere in the hospital is tight. Amidst the tension, Asli and Alanur become the targets of the rage of the family. In between the turmoil, Asli fails to comfort Alanur, when Alanur finds out about Seher’s slap.
Meanwhile, Asli and Mehmet, who had a huge fight in the previous episode (episode 6) as Asli hid Mina’s truth from Mehmet, once more are seen together, supporting each other, due to Hatice’s predicament and Alanur’s uncontrollable rage. Mehmet attempts to foster unity among everyone but he does not know that he is rather escalating the conflict.
Later, the sudden arrival at the residence of Ziya by Alanur puts everyone in a precarious position. At that moment, the most helpful information is brought in by Mehmet. Meanwhile, Asli is terrified that Mehmet will learn about Ziya and Alanur’s past.
