After the surprising ending last week, the new season of Tyler Perry’s Sistas seems to be getting more intriguing with each episode. Andi isn’t aware of what happened between Penelope and Gary, while Danni tries to deal with her problems by contacting a therapist.
BET’s Sistas revolves around the personal and professional lives of fictional women living in Atlanta. These friends meet up every other week to talk about their lives and help each other deal with problems that look too intimidating. The Tyler Perry comedy-drama has featured all kinds of exciting relationships and friendships, with the new season only making things more fun.
The 7th season of Sistas is all about Karen opening her salon, Andi finding a new lover named Jordan, and Danni dealing with her trauma and issues. This season stars KJ Smith as Andi, Mignon Won plays Danni, Ebony Obsidian plays Karen, and Novi Brown plays Sabrina. The new cast who’s going to be seen in Sistas season 7 is Devin Way as Jordan and Branden Wellington in the role of Tony.
Recap
Penelope confronts Gary about him using Andi’s old lingerie and believes he is still obsessed with her. She’s immediately disgusted by Gary’s actions but he tries to convince her that it wasn’t that deep and she was overreacting. Penelope decides to leave the dinner party that Andi has hosted for them without saying anything.
Gary asks Penelope to get over it and completely fails to acknowledge what he has done to his pregnant girlfriend. Sabrina and Danni talk about their lives, and Sabrina asks her if the weird dreams could be related to her separation from Weston. Danni denies what she says and believes she’s much better off without him in her life.
Zac prepares a huge breakfast for Fatima and reveals that he wants to start a fund for Michael and Michael Junior. Fatima believes that it’s too soon to start a fund for a baby that’s not even born yet and wants Zac to think carefully about the future. She reminds Zac that they have a meeting with Andi today, where they’ll be talking about the arbitration case.
Andi is told that Penelope and Gary are lying to her face because they weren’t having a good time in their relationship at all. Karen adds the final touches to the salon. Fatima shows up at Andi’s office, and they talk about Michael’s case. Andi informs that they might need witness testimony, pictures, and everything to make the case strong.
Since Fatima was a bit touchy about Heather, Andi warns them that she shouldn’t say anything rough about her in front of the judges. They also had to come up with a date for the wedding so that the judges knew Michael was going to live in a stable household.
Andi, Sabrina, and the others go out for a fun dinner night in town and talk about their lives. Karen finds the girls having a good time and just leaves without meeting them. Fatima lets the women know that therapists are great for dealing with things that are bothering them and hopes Danni contacts one soon.

Karen, Andi, and other Atlanta women will be returning with a new episode of Sistas on January 17th, 2024. Tyler Perry’s Sistas comes out with new dramatic episodes on Wednesdays that can last from anywhere around 60 to 65 minutes.
BET will be coming out with new exciting episodes of Sistas season 7 at 9:00 PM ET & 8:00 PM CT. Places like Prime Video, YouTube TV, BET+, and Apple TV also air the episodes of Tyler Perry’s Sistas in limited locations.

Despite being fully pregnant, Karen took whatever resources she had and turned the bleak space into a stunning salon. The day of the opening is finally here and Karen seems to be on cloud nine for turning her life around in such a short amount of time. After seeing Gary and Penelope’s relationship get worse, Andi feels this new awkwardness in her life could lead her to fail in her career.
