The show is going to come back for a third season, and it follows three children, who are orphans. Each member of the trio is a genius, and they will inherit a huge fortune when the eldest one, Violet turns 18. However, they are looked after by their relative, Count Olaf. They have to be under his care after four years, and Olaf is trying to make their lives miserable. Olaf tries to kill Sunny, and he is looking to marry Violet.
A Series Of Unfortunate Events Season 3 – Update
Olaf is trying to get his hands on the fortune. The first two seasons have been major Netflix hits, and they will be looking forward to continuing the trend with the third season. With the expectations high for the third season, we hope that Olaf and the three children will give us plenty more fun.
Here is the cast for next season —
Malina Weissman as Violet Baudelaire
Louis Hynes as Klaus Baudelaire
Presley Smith as Sunny Baudelaire
Neil Patrick Harris as Count Olaf
K. Todd Freeman as Arthur Poe
Patrick Warburton as Lemony Snicket
Lemony Snicket revealed the news about the new season in some style. He said, “It has come to my attention that, despite my repeated warnings, you have viewed the Netflix adaptation of my distressing work, known collectively as A Series of Unfortunate Events.”
“Some of you have even binged, a word which here means, ‘Watched several episodes right in a row, despite having much better things to do with your time.’ To my horror, Netflix has been encouraged by this and funneled their ill-gotten gains towards the second season of this unhappy and unnerving series. I hope you’re happy. Because you won’t be, ever again.”
“With all due respect, Lemony Snicket.”
The first season came out in January 2017, and it was followed by the second season in March 2018. It looks that the third season will air sometime around May 2019 and the third season will have a total of seven episodes.
We will keep you posted with A Series Of Unfortunate Events Season 3 release date and updates.
