Synopsis
Tuzak is a story revolving around three brothers, Umut, Mahir, and Umay, who, having lost their childhood, seek vengeance for lost times. These three brothers, who share a common goal, try to make their way out of a world where it can be difficult to distinguish between good and bad, real and phony. They eventually, however, will learn that they aren’t as similar as they believed themselves to be.
The siblings Guneş, Güven, and Mete, on the other hand, all placed their father’s praise and the comfort of their lives over their relationships with one another. While Umut plans on seeking revenge on these siblings, he’s unable to execute his plans because of Gunes.
Madly in love with her, Umut considers Gunes to be the love of his life and ends up experiencing his greatest conflict as he seeks vengeance against the family he despises. Hiding under the identity of a lawyer named Çınar Yılmaz, Gunes is unaware of Umut’s real identity and begins to have mutual feelings for her. This man, whose goal is to hurt her family, becomes her refuge in hard times.

After having a heated argument with his family, Umay leaves the house and tries to calm himself down, finding solace in Guven. Umut finds Umay leaving the house absurd and unacceptable, yet is unable to stop Umay from leaving the house as Umay had a valid reason for taking such measures.
Güven reassures and supports Umay while in dismay and lets him live in his home in the meantime. After hearing Güven and Umay speak, Meral threatens Umay and coerces him into moving in with Demir. In order for the prosecutor to reopen the case, Umut seeks Halil’s help. Halil, however, has plans of his own. He tries to find ways to murder Umut in order to bring down Demir.
In the meantime, Umut plans to risk everything to set up a dangerous trap for Halil. Although Ceren is surprised at Umut’s ambush and is hesitant about Umut doing everything by himself, she offers her care and loves to him and those in the house. She becomes the pillar of light in both the loves of Umut and the rest of the family members living in the house as she opens up her warm heart and empathizes with them.
