Trash of the Count’s Family: Chapter 102 Recap

In the previous chapter of Trash of the Count’s Family, Cale, Muller, Dragon, and his cats reach Cale’s tent, where Cale tells Muller about his plans. He tells Muller that he will be providing him with a place to stay and food to eat in return for his work. Muller asks Cale what he wants him to do, and Cale asks Muller to prepare blueprints for a ship and a castle.

Since Muller is a talented architect, he is sure Muller will pull it off with ease. Muller asks if Cale has something in mind, and Cale tells him to make a castle as big as the mage’s tower and use the golden turtle as his muse.

Cale lets Muller go and asks On and Hong to watch over him as he works. He also gives Muller a treasure and a promise to free him once his work is done, which motivates Muller to do his best. The next day, Bilose presents Cale with the contract, and he is impressed that Bilose and Harole managed to negotiate everything in a single day.

The total funds used were a little over ten billion, and Harole added two more clauses to the contract in addition to Cale demolishing the tower in a year’s time. The first was not to move the tower’s location, and the second was not to mobilize mages under Cale’s name.
