In Tokyo Vice Season 2, Episode 3, Samantha is facing the wall. Samantha looks to Sato for assistance as Hayama is causing trouble inside her club. Jake and Misaki’s relationship deteriorates as a result, and Hiroto and Detective Nagata make a significant arrest in the fight against the neighborhood gangs.
Yabuki calls his group to discuss what happened at the Kabukicho. He instructs them to give the money back to the club. Yabuki commands the team to obey him, even though they don’t understand why he is letting Chihara-kai occupy all of their area.
Samantha asks Sato to intervene when a group of people at her club start acting a little unruly. But as he ignores her, Samantha’s enamored architect Masahito Ohno purchases a bottle for the table. Erika and Sato shared a kiss when Sato drove her home from the club later that evening.
Recap
Samantha and Sato talk about how horrible Hayama is for business. If Samantha learned where the shopping complex was being built from Masahito Ohno, Sato promised they would take care of Hayama. She assures him that she won’t bug a client, but he lets her know that she dismissed Claudine, was employed by them, and was obtaining project-related information from Ohno.
Hiroto and Detective Nagata devise a scheme to raid Hisinuma’s residence and apprehend anyone who obstructs them. When they get to his residence, Nagata tells him that she is placing him under arrest since, as part of his employment for Hishinuma, Shibuya was arrested and he is now criminally liable for her actions.
When one of the males approaches Detective Nagata and puts his hands on her, other police officers intervene to make an arrest of everyone. In all, they detain 24 guys in relation to the gang. Everyone is told by Detective Nagata that the fight against the gangs in the city is only getting started.
Now that Tozawa is not involved, Jake and Misaki rekindle their romance and continue to develop their bond. She is apprehensive about being Jake’s plus one, but he assures her that everything will be alright before the big event. Things go smoothly for her at the event even though she is using a false identity. Misaki exits the gathering after spotting someone who could know her.
Jake has been working on a new piece for the paper on the spike in stolen bikes and the local motorcycle gang. Tat’s sister Chika showed up at Jake’s house to tell him that her brother Tat, the gang boss, had been taken into custody. She held his newspaper articles responsible for both the arrest and the fact that they were hurling the book at him, locking him up with homicidal suspects.
When Jake attempted to persuade the paper to assist Tat, they refused to become involved. Jake tries to persuade Sato to assist Tat by reaching out to him out of guilt. Sato consents to support Tat while he is incarcerated and to secure Tat a position on his squad after he is released.
