Tokyo Ghoul:re 2 episode 1 is just around the corner. The second cour of the anime is slated to come on October 9 and fans can’t wait to see how Studio Pierrot handled the manga adaptation. But if you’re one of the impatient fellows like me, there’s a way to watch Tokyo Ghoul:re 2 episode 1 in an earlier date, and I will feature it in this article.
Tokyo Ghoul:re 2 Episode 1 Advanced Screening
Also named as Tokyo Ghoul:re episode 13, episode 1 is slated to be streamed in GyaO, a video on demand service by Yahoo! Japan. The live stream will be held on September 29, Saturday, at the official GyaO site. The show will start at 12:00 PM. The GyaO site will release the episode more than a week earlier compared to the original release. However, there’s a catch, and this might be a dealbreaker for a lot of fans who are waiting for this episode.
The GyaO stream will only play the main part of the anime, and it might not contain English sub. There will be no opening and ending video, and the main event will not start until a certain “web show” is finished. So if you want to watch the opening and closing video of Tokyo Ghoul:re 2 ( katharsis by TK and Rakuen no Kimi by österreich) along with the main episode, you might want to wait for the official release.
