Dan Oh struck a deal with the head of the royal palace in “The Secret Romantic Guesthouse” to prevent her home from being sold to her father’s creditors. She pledged to track down the exiled royal Lee Seol, who had been missing for ten years. Dan Oh searches for the guard’s family with Yu Ha, who had gone missing from the prior operation.
She, however, only discovers the maid who worked for the crown prince, not the entire family. The maid admits that one of the prince’s court women turned into a courtesan in Buyounggak, but she is unaware of the whereabouts of the exiled prince or his guard.
The chief courtesan, who has been at Buyounggak the longest, finally speaks after initially refusing to do so and reveals a crucial detail: the outcast prince must wear a dragon emblem. Kang San has started acting elsewhere in the meantime. He requests to meet at the chief eunuch Noh’s office. The royal soldiers, who are now wary of Noh, pursue him, but Kang San kills every one of them.
Only to request that Noh depart from Hanyang, Kang San summoned Noh. Noh asks Kang San to halt Dan Oh’s mission because she knows Dan Oh’s true name. After observing the dead guards, Jang surmises that the deposed prince’s security was responsible.
