The previous chapter had us all laughing with how Hoyeol’s character was acting and his super cheesy dialogues. It isn’t rare for protagonists to say some cheesy stuff in shows or movies, but this series being so self-aware is definitely very funny. We can see that the funny aspect of this series holds a lot of charm.
Hoyeol also had a bit of a bump because of the mages trying to mess with him. They were obviously not very accepting of a newbie who just walked in only because Marcello had allowed him entry within the tower. We will see what happens next in The Player Hides His Past Chapter 32.
The mages are all pretty stingy and obviously want some recognition and praise for themselves, especially if it is someone higher up that they respect a lot. Hoyeol being granted such a free pass was obviously pretty irksome to most of them. They even tried to block him from coming in using a very powerful magic seal.
Well, Hoyeol is obviously not a very serious person himself, but he couldn’t just let this kind of disrespect slide, either. His ultimate goal right now was to get somewhat famous and maybe have the Senior Mages in the tower acknowledge him one way or the other.
The Player Hides His Past is a comedy and action fantasy manhwa about the typical rifts and monsters that can only be defeated by the chosen players. Well, what makes this manhwa unique is the fact that the rifts are based on a popular VR game, and the people chosen get assigned the characters they used in games.
MC is especially embarrassed because his edgy past as an awkward person comes back to haunt him in the form of his avatar, and his own awareness makes it pretty hilarious.
In this article, we will be talking about the release date of The Player Hides His Past Chapter 32, recap the previous chapter, and tell our readers where they can read the manhwa.
In the previous chapter of The Player Hides His Past, the mages were all looking pretty smug and happy after casting a high-level sealing magic on the door to prevent Hoyeon from coming in. Well, they were very convinced that Hoyeon would not be able to break through that level of magic no matter what.
However, to their surprise, Hoyeon just straight away barges in and calls the high-level sealing magic a petty trick. It was obviously pretty shocking to all the mages present there because three of the high-level mages had cast that barrier together, and Hoyeon just blew it away easily.
Hoyeon’s alternate personality kicks in, and he starts doing some really typical protagonist thing and says cheesy dialogues. However, the poor guy just falls asleep standing up, seeing how sleep-deprived he is. He just goes away, but he asks the bunch of mages in there to be careful and maybe do better the next time.
Once it was over, he went back to his office, and suddenly, a talking parchment came flying it. Apparently, that parchment was a communication device created by Marcello himself, and it seemed like a convenient and easy way of communicating, even though it was pretty unnerving in itself.
Marcello apologizes for the way the mages behaved in front of them and the prank they tried to play on him. He says that they were underestimating his abilities because of Marcello, basically, and he wishes he could fix that. Hoyeon’s cringe dialogues begin flowing when his alternate personality kicks in, and he can’t stop it.
However, he did mean it when he said that he would just work hard to make the senior mages acknowledge him. It made sense, considering he was at a much lower level than them right now. That is when Marcello barges into his study room in real time to discuss things with him.
