The People’s Court Season 26 Episode 14 Recap
Before diving into The Peoples Court Season 26 Episode 15, let’s quickly recap the previous episode. A scenario about speeding and running was featured in episode 14. A lady who is accused of running from police officers was the subject of the case titled “Bickering over a bond.” We also see the policeman she fled from as she came in. In other words, she is arguing about the charge against her—or should I say, “over a bond.”
We can see from the episode that the woman is trying to present herself as innocent by telling the entire scenario in her own words and presenting herself as the victim of false accusations. This incident of speeding and running away happened in Florida. Additionally, the judge informs the woman that “you can’t get charged for speeding in Florida” when she claims that she was charged with speeding.
However, the woman tries to justify herself by telling that she might be arrested for violating the speed restriction because she was in a school zone. The case’s entire backstory is revealed after that. In other words, she stopped when the policeman ordered her to do so, but then she immediately began to drive away.
In the other case, we had the plaintiff Jessica, she says she paid the defendants a deposit for her wedding reception at a farm the defendants owned. Then coded hit the defendant’s refusal to allow her to have the wedding there, and now she won’t return her deposit. She was forced to have her wedding at another nearby venue. The defendants owe her the 3355 dollars five cents she paid, and she’s suing for it.
Then we had the defendants, Ross and Mariann, Ross says the plaintiff started harassing her when they told her the state mandate wasn’t allowing weddings due to the pandemic. They weren’t about to go against the state’s mandate, they were happy to re-host the wedding at a future date. Their contract States no refunds, and well, here they are, they’re accused of breaking a Pride’s heart. Now we will discuss when will Episode 15 of The Peoples Court Season 26 will release and what will happen in it.
