Unlike his grandfather Lazekan Steelguard, who was a mythical rank knight, and his father, Levadan Steelguard, who was a heroic rank knight, he ended up becoming a mere 3rd class knight and was considered responsible for the downfall of the great Steelguard family.

The chapter begins with Dyrica revealing himself as the one behind using Andrade to make a false testimony and dragging Erun into the whole situation. He still held a grudge against Erun and said it was the duty of a knight to avenge his lord and that he could do even worse. Less did he know that the whole conversation had been recorded, and he had fallen into Erun’s trap, and now he would be walking on the same execution grounds as Andrade.
Dyrica knew that he stood no chance against Erun if it came down to a fight, as Erun’s abilities were so far above him that he couldn’t even estimate the level they were at with his Mana Evaluation Technique. Desperately thinking of a way to escape, he kills Gaian, who happens to appear at this unfortunate moment. Blaming Erun as the one behind his murder, he instigates his squad members to fight against Erun, believing he would be able to take him down with the advantage in numbers.
Just as expected, Erun makes a quick work out of them. Leveraging the chaos caused by their fight, Andrade frees himself from the restraints and immediately summons a demon by sacrificing all the bodies lying around. And thus, a fight between the newly summoned demon and Erun the knight begins.
