NIS America dropped a trailer for the highly anticipated game which previews the storyline. North American fans can enjoy the game on September 19 for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam, Epic Games, and GOG. The rest of the gamers will have to wait till September 22 for its worldwide release. The game will feature a limited edition including a 2-disc soundtrack, acrylic figure, cover art, lenticular sleeve, bookmark and a box.
Compared to the previous games, this one will not feature any existing characters or locations or even plotlines. It’s a completely new and improved RPG game, ready to take over our gaming hours. This is the third release of the Trials series, Trials to Azure (released in March) and Trails to Reverie (to release in July) are the previous two.

The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails
The game originally debuted in 2012 and is a part of the Trails series, which is part of a bigger series called The Legend of Heroes series. Developed by Nihom Falcom, it was initially released for PlayStation Portable in Japan, then an improved remake was released in Japan for PlayStation 4 and Windows in 2021.
As an action role-playing game, it offers intense combat battles, your weapons are magical attacks known as Arts and unique character abilities called Crafts. The platform elements add layers to the game, making it exciting to venture across treacherous plains and uneven surfaces. The game promises immersive gameplay, keeping you hungry for more.
The Plot of the Game
The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trials takes place in two worlds: one being the main character’s hometown and the other, an unknown Lost Heaven. Remnant, Nayuta’s hometown, lies in the middle of the expansive Sciencia Sea which is peppered with several islands. This scenic place has become a gathering ground for shooting stars, and surely these stars serve a purpose in the game. If you look at the stars from the right angle, you can see the Lost Heaven.
The protagonist, Nayuta Herschel is a young and ambitious researcher seeking to explore uncharted terrain. While returning home for the summer, Nayuta and his childhood friend, Signa Alhazen are transported to the otherworldly Lost Heaven due to the works of fairy, Noi. Lost Heaven is Noi’s home world and now Nayuta and Signa find themselves fighting an evil Lord and his wingman to save Lost Heaven.
