After having a conversation with him, they get to know that he was hired to drive the taxi and is a substitute. When they try to reach out to the car, they find out it has already been crushed. Meanwhile, Jo Dan and Hyun trace the IP of the test video, which takes them to the same place Gi Chul’s body was found.
At Min’s school, his teacher discusses the killing vote, and surprisingly, a student is supportive of it. On the other hand, Seok Joo meets Hyun and suggests she should focus on the victim instead.
On one side, Min Soo’s ring starts flashing due to troubled breathing; on the other hand, we see a potential target Uhm Eun-Jeong. She uses her children for money, and when the clock strikes 10, she is declared the next target. Mu Chan finds her in a car, stranded with a bomb.
Hyun suggests taking her to her sister’s schoolyard. Mu Chan drives the car to the yard along with Eun-gyeong and threatens to ruin the reputation of the masked man. He refuses to get down the car as his death will mean the masked man has killed an innocent person along with a criminal. As Hyun approaches the car, the bomb explodes.
