Although Shaun reminds the doctor that it can all be very risky for the patient, they still go through with the same. Ultimately, everything is good, and the patient turns out fine. Although, Shaun is still not leaving Glassman’s side as he continues to ask some of the very basic questions to him and doubts his capabilities.
On the other hand, we saw that Reznick has been meaning to have a child all this time. After they have failed to find a home for Eden, she decides to take her home herself and adopt the child at the same time. Reznick also stops her IVF treatment.
By the end of the episode, we see that Shaun has a scan of the entire brain Glassman, which shows a spot that might have damaged brain tissue. This might have been caused because of chemotherapy and has now become permanent. Lim decides that Glassman should not do surgeries again on patients because his condition will not help him.
