After completing his required military service, the older Jae Won (Im Ji Sub) returns to the exact same university where Hyun is currently enrolled. As their lives become more intertwined, the two grow to feel a rising sense of common interest in one another. When Ji Hyun enters the same surf club as Jae Won, things begin to get out of hand.
Ji Hyun grows to love surfing and the water as their relationship develops. The couple finds themselves alone as the surfing group departs on a trip, and they kiss. Jae Won ultimately starts to carry on as if nothing occurred, though. Is this a fleeting fling or a once-in-a-lifetime love?
