Previously in Superhuman Battlefield, Seo Moonyeop comes across Park Youngmin who seems to have left pros and leads a destructive life. Seo Moonyeop learns of his family situation and agrees that he will teach Youngmin’s father a lesson if he joins the team. The next day, Moonyeop is seen visiting the Choonyeong High School. Moonyeop is meeting a young boy named Kim Jinsoo who he wants to recruit in his team.
Kim Jinsoo is lacking in strength but it is still considerable and combined with the rest of his stats, Moonyeop determines that Jinsoo is the fast secondary tanker that Coach Gabriel was looking for. Moonyeop asks Jinsoo about his strong points, and Jinsoo explains that since he is lacking in strength, he has focused on improving his shield techniques. Jinsoo is recruited into YSM and before leaving, Moonyeop asks Jinsoo if he has any personal troubles.
In the next scene, we see an angry Shin Youngsoo drinking heavily at a club and complaining to his friends how he doesn’t need a team and was unfairly kicked out of the National team. He blames Moonyeop for making his life a hell and stumbles outside to go to washroom. On his way, he bumps into someone and falls down, and begins cussing the guy out not knowing it is Moonyeop.
