Worth a Watch?
It’s not something new, but the execution of The Stupid Angel Dances with the Devil’s comedy and romance elements is top-notch. The humor in the first few chapters is incredibly hilarious, and the slow-burning romance between the main characters feels natural and endearing.
The manga never goes off point and stresses its primary focus of romance, leaving out harem elements. The art is a treat for the eyes, flawlessly capturing the cute, silly, and heart-pumping moments.
The story starts with character introductions, but as it unfolds, it dives into the intriguing lore of angels and demons, which adds creative layers to the narrative. Truth being said, the repetitive aspect of the romance dilemma, “I love him, but he’s a demon, she’s an angel,” can get a bit annoying but it’s still cute to see the main characters interact.
The artwork is almost perfect, effortlessly portraying emotions, and receiving chuckles from the readers. The chemistry between the leads is strong, making them enjoyable and engaging to follow. While some of the supporting characters may feel a bit one-dimensional, you can still like them, and we hope to learn more about them in the anime adaptation.
