On April 1, 2025, Stray Kids, a popular K-pop group, made a generous donation of 800 million KRW (approximately 543,839 USD) to aid residents affected by large-scale wildfires in Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam.
The group’s contribution was divided equally, with 400 million KRW going to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association and another 400 million KRW directed to the World Vision social welfare organization.
This donation aims to provide essential emergency relief supplies, living expenses for the residents impacted by the fires, and support for the firefighters who have been working tirelessly to contain the flames.
