The highly anticipated drama adaptation of The Remarried Empress, based on the popular web novel of the same name, is set to debut on Disney+ in the near future.
Officially confirmed on April 1, 2025, the fantasy court romance drama has already sparked significant excitement due to its amazing storyline and star-studded cast.
Principal photography for the drama is expected to begin between late May and early June 2025.
The Remarried Empress tells the story of Navier, a perfect empress in the Eastern Empire, whose life takes a drastic turn when her husband, Emperor Sovieshu, engages in an affair.
Faced with betrayal, Navier is forced to divorce him but later finds love again as she remarries Heinrey, the prince of the Western Kingdom, ultimately regaining her title and status as an empress.
