Mikhil Musale’s latest mystery, Sajini Shinde Ka Viral Video, is a film that leaves us on the edge of our seats with its suspenseful plot and skillful acting. While many have disliked the basic choice of dialogue spread throughout the film, this 114-minute-long movie has much more to offer than any other mystery thrillers in recent months.
Starring Radhika Madan and Nimrat Kaur, Sajini Shinde Ka Viral Video revolves around Sajini, a small-town girl who moves to the big city and works as a teacher in a local high school. While her life was “stable and fulfilling,” it soon turned into a chaotic mess after a video of her dancing with men spread all over the internet.
To see a schoolteacher dance with half-naked men was a big thing for Sajini’s small-town family and her fiancé Siddhant. Unable to bear the shame that she was made to face, Sajini disappears from the picture, and an inspector named Bela is hired to find out about her whereabouts.
Besides Radhika Madan and Nimrat Kaur as Sajini and Bela, respectively, the cast of Sajini Shindi Ka Viral Video consists of Bhagyashree in the role of Kalyani. Subodh Bhave plays Suryakant, Soham Majumdar plays Siddhant, and Shruti Vyas plays the role of Shraddha Oswal.
What Happens in Sajini Shinde Ka Viral Video’s Ending?
Hearing Bela’s words made Sajini’s mom realize just how powerless she had been all her life. She could’ve stopped her daughter from running away and assured her that everything would be fine, but she didn’t dare to take a stand against Suryakant.
When Urmila, Sajini’s mom, lets Suryakant know that she is going to leave him and go back to the village, Suryakant is surprised and finally has a moment of clarity over what has been happening in recent days. We see a flashback to the time when Sajini’s sister was told to leave the village secretly so that she could live a happy life with her lover.
Suryakant supported his daughter and let her go on her own, as Suryakant’s elder brother would have gotten her killed to protect the family’s honor. This shows that Suryakant wasn’t inconsiderate all the time and was instead putting up a strict facade to protect his daughters from the family’s toxic culture.
Meanwhile, Bela checks Sajini’s messages and finds a new message from her sister revealing her address and how to contact her. Bela forwards this to Urmila, after which she tries to analyze the status and messages that Sajini had left on her social media.
Sajini Shinde Ka Viral Video: Ending Explained
By this time, Siddhant and his lawyer were cornered by Sajini’s brother, but things calmed down after Siddhant helped his injuries. As for Bela, she sees that Sajini never uses the “…” in any message, and therefore, it was likely the work of someone else who knew about Sajini’s whereabouts.
Since the status was uploaded while Sajini was at school, Bela ordered the police officers to check the school carefully and find any strange details that could help the case. Just as Bela had expected, a police officer finds a hearing aid with blood on it.
When Bela gives it for testing, the results show that the blood on the shoes and the hearing aid is the same, hinting at the involvement of the same person in throwing Sajini’s belongings into the water.
As the K.P. High School celebrates Teacher’s Day, Bela confronts Kalyani and Milind, who she rightly believed were involved in the disappearance. On the night that Sajini showed up at the school, Kalyani and Milind were already present.
Sajini had wanted Kalyani to reconsider her decision to fire her, as without a job, Sajini would be left devastated. Kalyani tried to make Sajini put the blame on Shraddha, but she wasn’t the kind of person who would do that. Seeing that Sajini didn’t want to change her mind, Kalyani decided to go ahead with firing her.
A while later, Sajini falls from the top of the school and instantly passes away. Milind and Kalyani are shocked to see the body lying lifeless, but to protect the reputation of the school, she decides to put the suicide blame on Suryakant and Siddhant.
Milind put Sajini’s body away, while Kalyani kept handling all the text messages and other details that Sajini kept posting after her death. In the end, Kalyani and Milind are made to pay a fine of 2 lakhs and are imprisoned for a long time for hiding the details of Sajini’s suicide.
While the Sajini Shinde Ka Viral Video is intriguing and does create hope that Sajini is somehow going to be alive at the end, there are quite a few plot holes that leave us expecting more from this Mikhil Musale film.
For instance, Siddhant finds farming tools in Suryakant’s car that have blood on them, but this detail is never clarified. Suryakant and Urmila met Sajini on the night of her death, but more about this wasn’t shown. Siddhant and Suryakant were responsible for the suicide, too, almost as much as Kalyani, but they didn’t face any consequences.
Everyone is a suspect is a good tagline, as almost everyone in Sajini’s life gave up on her when she needed someone to rely on. Musale was successful in bringing up topics like toxic culture and people’s obsession with honor and reputation, but the mystery & thrill could’ve been more exciting if many details had made sense instead of just being there to increase curiosity.
