The storyline of the show is set in the future, where we see that due to a major change in the climate of the planet Earth, humanity residing there has moved to a different planet, none other than its own moon.

The scene changes to Blue Area, a place that looks like a highly futuristic and modern world, and then we see a young man jumping from one place to another in an attempt to deliver a page. This guy’s name is Sowyer Tomura. He delivers a package to Granny Peko right into her balcony, which seems like a great thing for this world.

This is when Tomura sees one of the advertisements for the Run For Money Competition and finds out that new admission for the contest has started, and they can get a chance to win a lot of money simply by participating through the Chrono Bracelets in their hands.
