Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective is a mystery thriller and crime manga about Ron Kamonohashi, who was an excellent detective at the BLUE Academy before his license was revoked following a major accident.

Five years later, Ron got his nickname, the “Deranged Detective,” and young police finally approached him after realizing that he was incompetent at solving cases.
Totomaru Isshiki persuades Ron Kamonohashi to work with him on cases, and the two form an unlikely partnership where Ron solves cases from the shadows, while it appears as if Totomaru Isshiki is working on them by himself.
