Reginald the Vampire Season 1, Episode 2 Preview
This week’s episode which is the second of the debut season of Reginald the Vampire is entitled “The Hunger”. It follows Reginald’s journey of getting adjusted to his new undead life and the things that come with it, most notably: feeding.
You know what they say. With new fangs come new responsibilities. And surely, Reginald’s first attempt at feeding to quench his for blood, in typical vampire fashion, does not turn out well. However, he soon discovers along the way some latent powers which he had not foreseen.
The next episode i.e, Episode 3 from Season 1 of the science fiction comedy, takes us through a sweet first date between Reginald and Sarah, only for it all to turn into complete chaos. The episode is dubbed “Hypnos”.
Reginald the Vampire Plot
This original comedy series focuses on the life of its title character, Reginald, who is full of dreams but seems to lack the plans to materialize them into reality. Then one night, he chances upon a stranger, Maurice, unaware that he would change his life. But that would be by first getting him killed at the hand of his own enemies. Maurice had promised Reggie that he would help him achieve whatever he wished for, and in a classic case of misplaced guilt, when he is murdered, Maurice decides that the only way to save him is to turn him into a vampire.

The series takes on the aftermath where Reginald must adjust to his new impossible lifestyle and survive in a world where some powerful people want him dead, all while keeping his true form a secret from all those who know him, including the girl he loves and has been pining for, for a while, as well as his jackass boss.
Along this new immortal journey, however, not all is a droll tragedy as the new vampire discovers some latent abilities which he had harbored all along. But what matters the most is that Reginald becomes a far better man as a vampire than he was before.

Where to Watch Reginald the Vampire Season 1
Reginald’s world is populated by beautiful but vain vampires who walk and talk among the humans who are oblivious to their existence, and in Reginald, the show finds an unlikely hero. The showrunners wanted his story to be as much grounded in human experience as possible, and even that to a T with all the blood and gore we got to see in the series premiere.
Diverging away from its precedents, where the existence of vampires was not mutually exclusive of that of magic, in Reginald the Vampire, vampires can see their own reflections in the mirror. Fans are especially excited to see the blossoming of Reggie and Sarah’s relationship, who seem to share a sense of humor and enjoy each other’s company.
But for Batalon, whose character is all charm and sincerity, “It’s a very human thing.”
