It’s sometimes fun once in a while to take a break from more serious isekai like Re: Zero − Starting Life in Another World, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, or How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom and enjoyed some fun and silly manga, much like guilty pleasures.
You will enjoy the series, which we will be discussing today if you prefer the isekai genre with a female protagonist. The series is also enjoyable if you prefer shonen battle anime like Bleach or Fullmetal Alchemist. But this might not be for you if you’re hoping for a sweet romance or enjoy seeing harems in your isekai.

Reborn to Master the Blade: From Hero-King to Extraordinary Squire Plot and Main Characters
The story begins with Hero-King Inglis of the kingdom of Silvare on his deathbed, joined by his friends and family, who are praying for him. He was embraced by the goddess Alistia, whom he has spent his entire life serving.
She made a wise decision in selecting him to be her divine knight, and as a reward, she pledged to give him any request that his heart desires. The dying king has no regrets in life because he fought for his people and created a fine nation, but perhaps he has one petty regret.
If only he had more time to spend studying the blade. And so his request was granted by Alistia, and he was reincarnated as a newborn girl. Inglis, now known as Kris, feels that it is time to begin training whenever there’s a chance.
She would make the most of the new opportunity presented to her by the goddess. So whenever her mother puts Kris down for a nap, she begins testing her new body. Even though she is unable to speak much, she is able to wield a sword.
She still possesses the divine power she was accustomed to in her previous life, and she can feel the energy flowing all around her. In fact, she has the ability to float at that age. Kris considers attempting to pick up a sword since she wants to start taking her training more seriously.
She only wants to engage in combat and face a challenge that will put her power to the test, but her mother obviously doesn’t get it, and she is too young to explain. Kris, however, quickly fulfills her urge to fight when a monster invasion leaves her family defenseless.
Talking about Kris’s mother’s sister, who is married to the Marquis and has two children: Rafael, who is Kris’s cousin’s brother and eight years older than her, and Rafinha, her cousin’s sister, who is close to her age.
Kris was born into a noble family but not high noble as her uncle, so automatically, his children are overburdened. Kris does not envy them; rather, she sympathizes with her cousin’s responsibilities, which is why the three of them are so close.
Moreover, she isn’t seeking attention, wealth, or any type of glory. All she wants to do with her second chance at life is develop her blade’s abilities and face off against the strongest enemies.
