He uses a stronger drug called LX7 on Ha Don-Wa to subdue him. He wanted to bring Ha Don-Wa under his control. However, his hidden skill, the Circulation of Light, cleared the drugs out of his System in an instant. Now Ha Don-Wa can deal with him the proper way. However, he had one more trick up his sleeve. Humans are not the only henchmen he had.
He had trained dogs to attack whomever he pointed to. And the person he is pointing to now is Ha Don-Wa. He used his Booster skill to gain explosive speed and took knocked out most of the dogs. However, the most dangerous looking one is still active. Ha Don-Wa used the strings from his hoodie to restrain the do, making it immobile. Glasses tries to flee but gets knocked over.
He inhales some of the LX7 and starts to hallucinate. He sees Ha Don-Wa as a demonic figure who is about to kill him. He warns him not to do anything like this ever again and knocks him out. As he was about to leave he Sillim-Dong Bully representative Han Eun-Sung arrived at the scene. It appears that he knew about it all along. Furthermore, he suspects there is a mole in Bully Council.
Eun-Sung wants to work together with Ha Don-Wa to find the real culprit. He wants Ha Don-Wa to keep an eye on the council and its representatives for any suspicious activity. And to remove any threats should he find them. Things sure are getting more interesting with each passing chapter.
