The Hisuian Typhlosion 7-Star Tera Raid Battle has officially returned to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, giving Trainers another opportunity to battle one of the game’s toughest raid bosses. The limited-time event began on July 2 and runs until July 9, 2026, featuring the Fire-Tera Type version of Hisuian Typhlosion with black Tera Raid crystals.
According to the official Pokémon website, the featured Pokémon carries the Mightiest Mark, making it a formidable opponent intended for experienced players.
To access the special raid, players must download the latest Poké Portal News through the Mystery Gift menu. Trainers also need to have completed the postgame content, unless they join a raid hosted by another eligible player. As with previous 7-Star raid events, Hisuian Typhlosion can only be caught once per save file, though players can continue challenging the raid afterward to farm valuable rewards.
Exclusive Rewards and Battle Details
Information from Serebii confirms that the returning Hisuian Typhlosion appears at Level 100 with the Fire Tera Type, Frisk as its Ability, and a Modest Nature. During battle, it uses moves including Infernal Parade, Flamethrower, Will-O-Wisp, and Focus Blast, while scripted actions such as Sunny Day make the encounter even more challenging.
Even after catching the featured Pokémon, players can continue participating in raids to collect rewards like Exp. Candy, Fire Tera Shards, Ability Patches, Bottle Caps, Rare Candies, and other valuable training items. The rerun gives players who missed the original event another chance to obtain the exclusive Mighty Hisuian Typhlosion while helping others clear the difficult 7-Star encounter before it ends on July 9, 2026.
