Pokémon GO experienced a significant revenue decline in October 2026, with estimated in-app purchase earnings falling from $51.9 million in September to $23.8 million. This represents a 54% month-over-month decrease, making it the biggest revenue drop among the 15 highest-earning mobile games in AppMagic’s October rankings.
The decline also affected the game’s position on the chart. After ranking eighth in September, Pokémon GO dropped seven places to 15th in October. The figures come from AppMagic’s October 2026 mobile game revenue and download report, which tracks estimated mobile game performance across major app stores.
The latest results put the spotlight on the changing revenue performance of established mobile games, particularly titles that have maintained large audiences for several years.
Pokémon GO Records the Biggest Revenue Drop Among October’s Top Mobile Games

The decline was particularly noticeable compared with other major mobile titles. Delta Force also experienced a difficult month, with its estimated revenue falling from $38.2 million in September to $23.5 million in October, a 39% decrease. It subsequently dropped out of the top 15, finishing in 17th place.
Meanwhile, several competitors maintained stronger performances. Honor of Kings topped October’s revenue rankings with $104.4 million, making it the only mobile game to exceed $100 million in estimated in-app purchase revenue. Roblox followed with $92.2 million, while Gossip Harbor secured third place with $74 million.
These figures suggest that Pokémon GO faced a comparatively weaker month, although AppMagic’s data does not establish what caused its spending decline. The October results also follow a strong September for the game, when it generated $51.9 million in estimated revenue.
AppMagic’s figures represent estimated in-app purchases after store commissions and taxes. Revenue from Chinese third-party Android stores is not included.
