While Jonathan presented his idea in front of Sunhoo of how they should take the pension reserve coming from authorities and spread a federal, Sunhoo disagrees that it won’t be enough and puts his plan in front of Jonathan. He suggests that he wants to meet with Russia’s current president and Japan’s prime minister.

Sunhoo’s plan was to scrape up the US treasury hold from both countries and mess with US’s detonator spread worldwide. Jonathan advised him that it won’t be good to get involved in that situation, but Sunhoo had other plans. For now, his target amount was 300 billion dollars.

He tells Jonathan to lure the white house once more about their will. It was their last chance to stop the war. They both leave to meet the president, but he wasn’t available, so they met the US treasury secretary Ed. Sunhoo tells Ed that he will bankrupt LCTM, so he should consider it seriously.

LCTM was the hedge fund that had lost badly to the US during Russia’s financial war. Even though it was on the verge of bankruptcy, it almost dealt a serious blow to the US economy. They both have a full-blown argument with Ed, after which Ed kicked them out of his office and told them to take care of the pension reverse committee themselves.
