PAC-MAN and blink-182 are joining forces for a new collaboration that combines one of gaming’s most recognizable characters with one of pop-punk’s biggest bands. Bandai Namco Entertainment America and blink-182 announced the partnership expansion on September 24, introducing a free blink-182 x PAC-MAN web game, a special PAC-MAN: Snack Breaks episode and a new collection of limited-edition merchandise.
The collaboration arrives as blink-182 celebrates the 25th anniversary of Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, the band’s landmark 2001 album. The new content gives fans several ways to experience the crossover, from playing a version of the original PAC-MAN arcade game to watching an animated short featuring the band’s music.
The merchandise collection also revisits one of the collaboration’s most recognizable moments, with Bandai Namco bringing back a blink-182-inspired version of the PAC-MAN x 7-Eleven shirt previously worn by Mark Hoppus at Coachella in 2023.
blink-182 x PAC-MAN Web Game Is Free to Play
The centerpiece of the collaboration is the blink-182 x PAC-MAN Web Game, a browser-based version of the classic arcade game that can be played for free.
The gameplay remains familiar. Players control PAC-MAN through the classic blue maze while collecting PAC-Dots and Power Pellets and avoiding the four Ghosts. However, Bandai Namco has added several blink-182-inspired details to give the traditional experience a new identity.
Players can spot themed visuals throughout the maze, including the band’s iconic van and other blink-182-inspired bonus elements. The biggest addition is the music, with players able to choose blink-182 tracks while playing.
The soundtrack can also be connected to popular music apps, allowing fans to listen to their preferred blink-182 songs during their PAC-MAN runs.
The web game is available through the PAC-MAN tab on blink-182’s 2001 website.
blink-182 Gets a PAC-MAN: Snack Breaks Episode
The collaboration also expands into animation with a new episode of PAC-MAN: Snack Breaks, Bandai Namco’s animated YouTube Shorts series.
Produced in partnership with animation studio Cartuna, PAC-MAN: Snack Breaks follows PAC-MAN as he leaves PAC-Village and enters the neon-filled environment of NEW PAC-CITY. The series uses short, fast-paced stories centered around PAC-MAN’s snack-fueled adventures.
The blink-182 episode was previously teased through artwork featuring Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker. A trailer followed earlier in September before the full special episode was released on September 24.

New PAC-MAN and blink-182 Merchandise
Bandai Namco is also launching new blink-182 x PAC-MAN merchandise, following the first collection revealed around San Diego Comic-Con.
The new limited-edition range brings visual elements from both brands together. Among the highlights is a new version of the PAC-MAN x 7-Eleven T-shirt associated with Mark Hoppus’ Coachella 2023 appearance, giving fans a chance to own merchandise based on one of the collaboration’s most recognizable designs.
The new gear is available through the official blink-182 online store.

The collaboration also arrives at an important point in PAC-MAN’s history. The franchise originated as a coin-operated arcade game and went on to become one of the most influential video game properties ever created. Its maze-based gameplay, colorful Ghosts and instantly recognizable character helped turn PAC-MAN into a global entertainment phenomenon spanning games, merchandise, music and television.
PAC-MAN celebrated its 45th anniversary in 2025, while blink-182 continues to build on a career that has produced more than 50 million album sales worldwide and over 16 billion streams. The band’s catalog includes Dude Ranch, Enema of the State, Take Off Your Pants and Jacket and blink-182.
With the new web game, animated episode and merchandise now available, the collaboration gives both fanbases a crossover that connects classic arcade gaming with blink-182’s pop-punk legacy.
