The chapter will be officially coming out on Sunday, 27 September 2026.

One Piece 1194 Spoilers will be coming out from September 17, 2026, and we have official preview below. We will be getting more hints for 1194, and early hints have been accurate for the past 6 months, except for chapter 1191 hints, they were inaccurate.
Last week’s hint suggested Luffy’s large size and face.

Looks like there is a Mihawk flashback in this chapter, which is pretty much confirmed. What more I hear is that the flashback is right before Zoro kills Sommers, this could be wrong but we will see.

The mighty must possess something that remains unchanging. Conqueror’s Haki is the absolute willpower that causes the weak to collapse under its mere pressure without even facing them. This is similar to WorstGen’s post on Twitter but better literal translations.

COVER PAGE REQUEST: A MONKEY FORCES TEACH TO WRITE ON PAPER AGAIN USING A BRUSH.
-THE CHAPTER FOCUSES ON ZORO VS. SOMMERS.
-SOMMERS IS SCARED AT FIRST, BUT HE REALIZES THAT ZORO DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO CONTROL HIS CONQUEROR’S HAKI. HE LAUGHS AT HIM, CALLING HIM STUPID AND USELESS.

From Redon Statement on One Piece and Additional Information
1. If the chapter feels like not much happens, that’s normal. It’s much shorter than usual, with only 13 pages instead of the normal 17.
2. With Chapter 1194, One Piece now has exactly the same number of chapters before and after the timeskip: 597 chapters each.
About the breaks:
First, I was talking about published Weekly Shonen Jump issues, not weeks. They are not the same thing.
If the entire magazine takes a one-week break during a run of 3 One Piece chapters, that should not be counted as a One Piece break because no Weekly Shonen Jump issue was published that week.
That’s why people usually say, “X chapters were published out of 48 possible issues this year.” A year has 52 weeks, but normally only around 48 Weekly Shonen Jump issues are published because the magazine itself takes several breaks.
In 2026, there will be 47 published issues instead of the usual 48 because the magazine has had 5 break weeks instead of the usual 4.
Second, it has been explained many times that for years, One Piece breaks have been scheduled by Shueisha to give Oda more time to rest.
The workload of a mangaka working on a weekly series is extremely demanding, especially for someone who has been working on the same series for almost 30 years.
And I think that is a very important reason because we are talking about a person’s health. If someone genuinely prefers getting more chapters even if it means damaging the author’s health, then I really cannot understand that mindset.

ONE PIECE 1194 SUMMARY
The cover page features Blackbeard, and moving on, the chapter starts exactly where we left off. We can see that Sommers’ wound is all healed, and Zoro in the background is just aura farming. Sommers says:
“TH-THAT WAS CLOSE…!! HE WAS AIMING RIGHT FOR MY HEART…!! BUT!! HE WASN’T INFUSING IT WITH CONQUEROR’S HAKI…!! WHY NOT…!?”
Sommers is terrified and says:
“HE DEFINITELY USED IT EARLIER…!! DON’T TELL ME THIS GUY… CAN’T CONTROL HIS ‘COLOR OF THE SUPREME KING’ YET!? THAT MUST BE IT!! WHAT A WASTE OF TALENT, YOU IDIOT!!! BUT WAIT!! HE DID CUT THROUGH THE THORNS…!!!”
Zoro stabs him again, missing the heart, and Sommers’ eyes pop out. Sommers is thinking about whether Zoro has King’s Haki or not. Sommers is also kinda bleeding from his nose.
Zoro says that pain means he is alive. Zoro takes out his sword, and Sommers uses an all-out attack called “IBA LAUNCHER” (translation could be wrong).
Zoro says he knows how to erase him. Sommers says that Zoro can’t control his Conqueror’s Haki and is still training with the Holy Knights, and Sommers is quite angry.
Sommers tells Zoro to try again in his next life and launches a thorn attack. Zoro uses the Three Sword Style attack “PANTHER KOTO!!” (translation could be wrong), and Sommers says he needs to erase Zoro before Zoro lands a lucky hit. He is thinking, “THIS GUY (ZORO) is dangerous.” He is getting PTSD at the moment, lol.
Zoro cuts Sommers to pieces, but Sommers recovers again. Zoro uses Three Sword Style, to which Sommers counters with an attack called DIVA ANGER SWORD GRAM!
Zoro thinks: “HOW DO YOU CLOAK YOURSELF IN IT…!? IT’S THAT THING LUFFY USES TO KNOCK OUT A BUNCH OF PEOPLE AT ONCE, RIGHT!?”
Zoro is thinking only those who lead possess it, and he remembers Gaban’s words: “You think you can support the captain of a Yonko crew like that?”
Sommers attacks Zoro using the same attack, to which Zoro counters with the 1080 Pound Phoenix attack (hey, I forgot the name of the attack, lol).
Sommers is scared as Zoro is coating this attack with Conqueror’s Haki, and even the beasts Sommers called are scared. Sommers tells the beasts not to fear it, that it is just his spirit. Zoro cuts the creature in half, and Sommers is once again shocked and terrified.
Sommers is panicking as Zoro’s attack also damages the Giants’ ship they are on, the one they are going to use to abduct children.
Sommers says if the ship gets broken anymore, he won’t be able to carry the children on it, and that is bad.
Zoro now remembers his time with Mihawk, where Mihawk says the following: MIHAWK: “LISTEN, RORONOA… EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD CHANGES. HOWEVER…”
All this is happening while Zoro keeps trying to cut Sommers—one time his hand, then his other hand, then his leg, and then both his hands. It’s funny as hell, lol, and Sommers tells Zoro to stop it.
Sommers says he is getting tired of growing back, and he tells Zoro that Conqueror’s Haki isn’t something he can unlock just by training. He asks, “Who do you think you are using for target practice?”
He attacks Zoro, and Zoro effortlessly dodges it. Sommers tells Zoro to give up and says he doesn’t have the qualities of a king.
Zoro cuts off Sommers’ arm with wireless HAKI, and we can see black lightning. The hand isn’t growing back; Zoro notices this and thinks he didn’t even do anything.
Sommers is scared but tries to play it cool, saying, “Looks like you will never be able to use Conqueror’s Haki,” and then says, “Looks like this will heal up.” He quickly picks up his hand, lol.
Zoro puts on his bandana while remembering Mihawk’s words:
“THERE IS ONE THING THAT CAN REMAIN UNCHANGED. THERE IS ONE TYPE OF ‘HAKI’ THAT YOU CANNOT ACQUIRE THROUGH TRAINING. THERE IS ONE THING THAT ALL CONQUERORS POSSESS—SOMETHING THAT NEVER CHANGES.”
