After finding out how the World Government transformed Kuma into a Pacifista because of Bonney’s health condition, fans of the series are really excited to find out what actually happened during this turn of events and how Kuma ended up accepting this condition. That is why we have the One Piece 1100 Spoilers.
The tyrannical ruler, King Bekori, has returned to seize control in Sorbet, threatening the wellbeing of the citizens.
Inspired by the horrific arson attacks against civilians in Goa’s Gray Terminal, Bekori secretly targets specific villages for similar razing, intent on mercilessly burning them to the ground. Any who dare speak out against his cruel plans are promptly executed by his army.
Witnessing these inhumane developments, Bartholomew Kuma is compelled to intervene to protect the people.
In an uprising later immortalized as the “One-Man Revolution of Sorbet,” Kuma courageously storms the royal palace and defeats Bekori, rescuing the kingdom from this would-be fate.
News of Kuma’s liberating actions rapidly reaches Saint Jaygarcia Saturn elsewhere. Meanwhile, the grateful Sorbet citizens implore their unlikely hero, Kuma, to take leadership of the kingdom for the sake of stability.
Kuma reluctantly agrees to their urgent requests on the condition that he can retain his humble way of life.
This arrangement allows the formerly exiled good-hearted King Bulldog to oversee the governance of Sorbet responsibly instead.
And so order and peace are restored by these brave souls in the face of a narrow brush with untold human suffering at the hands of a merciless tyrant.

Kizaru Visits Vegapunk
As Chapter 1100 begins, Admiral Kizaru has arrived at Vegapunk’s new secret laboratory, with some Marines like X Drake covertly following him.
It’s revealed that Vegapunk only recently moved here after the unfortunate Punk Hazard incident, unaware his new facility already contained hidden surveillance Den Den Mushi.
Kizaru has brought the Den Den Mushi of Saint Jaygarcia Saturn to converse directly with Vegapunk. Saturn indicates he knows of Vegapunk’s illegal negotiations with a particular pirate.
However, as Bartholomew Kuma’s body would prove an excellent future host for Vegapunk’s clone research, Saturn will sanction the deal if three additional conditions are met:
First, Kuma must join the Shichibukai ranks, replacing a former member recently defeated in battle by Fire Fist Ace.
Second, Kuma must undergo invasive cyborg modifications to transform him into a human weapon.
And third, once the cyborg surgery concludes, Kuma’s mind is to be completely erased, leaving just a programmable fighting machine.
Saint Saturn’s Conditions
Vegapunk furiously objects that wiping a cyborg’s mind is tantamount to murdering Kuma. However, Saturn replies categorically: “You are in no position to argue with me, ‘Marine scientist.'”
However, Kuma unexpectedly cries tears of joy upon learning he will finally be able to save Bonney after her treatment.
Vegapunk explains Bonney’s intensive surgery will take 6 full months, after which she will need 1 year of further recovery before going outside.
In contrast, Kuma’s more invasive cyborg conversion will require 2 whole years.
Deviously, Saturn declares Bonney will be their “hostage.” If successfully cured, Kuma may attempt to flee with her.
Thus, after Bonney’s 6-month surgery, she must remain in World Government custody for 1 additional year until Kuma’s mind is erased.
Furthermore, to prevent any chance they could reunite and escape, Kuma will be barred from ever seeing Bonney again following her initial treatment.
Kuma, Bonney, Vegapunk, and Sentomaru spend time together
Kuma agrees to Saturn’s uncompromising terms but requests one concession – that after her initial 6-month treatment, Bonney be sent to recover in his homeland of Sorbet Kingdom for that year.
This prevents her from learning the full truth of the deal made for her cure. Saturn consents since the World Government will still be monitoring her.
We then see a poignant montage over the following 6 months. Kuma, Bonney, Vegapunk, and Sentomaru spend meaningful time together, growing progressively closer through their ordeal.
Admiral Kizaru also bonds with them, even joining a pizza party and dancing along (notably to the banned “Nika” dance).
We witness moments from Bonney and Kuma’s intensive surgeries, too, like Vegapunk modifying Kuma’s cyborg shoulders. Despite the looming reality, their shared experience breeds unwavering camaraderie and warmth.
The Surgery was a success.
With Bonney’s intense 6-month treatment completed, she is transported back to the welcoming arms of Sorbet Kingdom and King Conney, who poignantly wears a symbolic white hat reminiscent of Bonney’s old Sabaody one.
There, she will continue recovering under “medical supervision” at the local church for 1 further year per the covert agreement.
Unbeknownst to the unsuspecting Bonney. However, her caregivers are actually undercover Government agents, led by a beautiful but devious Head Nurse codenamed CP8 Agent Alpha.
In their final encounter, Kuma cryptically bids Bonney farewell with lasting words she tragically misinterprets, given her limited knowledge:
“Thank you for being born, Bonney.”
Oblivious to the darker realities now in motion, Bonney lightly laughs off Kuma’s heartfelt sentimentality. She remains unaware this is their last meeting nor the sacrificial bargain Kuma has struck on her behalf.
Kuma becomes the new Shichibukai.
With matters now irreversibly in motion, Kuma heads out to sea to fulfill his new duties as a Shichibukai. We see brief vignettes depicting the reactions of figures like the former Warlords Doflamingo and Crocodile, Nico Robin, Alvida, Koby, Dragon’s Revolutionaries, and more to the surprising news.
Doflamingo reacts with amusement, surprised that the notorious “Tyrant” Kuma is the latest addition, further stacking the Warlord ranks with villains to his liking.
Robin subtly questions if Crocodile has any interest in this development. Crocodile curtly dismisses its importance, instead asking if she dealt with the man who witnessed his illegal “artificial rain” ship.
Elsewhere, Alvida presses a nervous Koby on who he believes is stronger, Kuma or herself now. Koby hastily assures Lady Alvida that she is naturally superior, though she boasts Kuma rivals even Whitebeard’s massive size.
And so Kuma sails on alone to his imposing fate, with momentous events now proceeding beyond his control or knowledge.
On Whitebeard’s ship, Ace and Jinbe discuss the Kuma development with others like Whitebeard, Marco, Teach, Boa Hancock, Gecko Moria, and Dragon.
Ace enthusiastically congratulates Jinbe on a successor being named to Jinbe’s former Warlord position.
Jinbe wryly notes Ace has room to talk as a fellow former member, though he expresses surprise a deposed king like Kuma received the role.
Jinbe reflects that with Kuma’s appointment, the Age of Pirates grows ever more unpredictable and unstable.
Meanwhile, an irritated Hancock insists Kuma’s selection doesn’t concern her personally since she never attends Warlord gatherings anyway. Her attendant Gloriosa stresses Hancock should still be informed on such decisions regardless.
Elsewhere, Moria reacts with amused confusion about what sort of power Kuma’s rumored “paw” abilities could entail.
And Dragon pointedly says nothing in response to this latest development, keeping his thoughts closely guarded.
Kuma visits Luffy’s hometown
Afterward, we see Kuma poignantly writing a letter to Bonney, promising they will explore the many islands of the world together one day in a brighter future.
The chapter concludes with two key scenes:
First, a young teenage Luffy is shown gleefully outrunning an angered tiger while lost in a forest, teetering with amusement at its irritation.
Second, Kuma’s ship had just arrived at Foosha Village in East Blue when he received a sudden call from a World Government agent. They asked his current location to issue new orders. Kuma reveals his presence in East Blue and awaits whatever fateful task is forthcoming that drives the timing of this contact…
Recap and Review
Through verbal exposition, the longstanding mystery is finally explained – Bonney inadvertently ate the Age-Age Fruit one fateful day, mistakenly consuming the power-granting devil fruit when reaching for her intended snack.
After accidentally obtaining this unexpected gift, a young Bonney begins experimenting with morphing into more mature adult forms beyond her years.
Her dramatic transformation causes humorous misidentification as the missing Lady Ginny by those around her.
When former King Bulldog pays a visit to Bonney at the church alongside Queen Mother Conney, Bonney seizes the chance to practice controlling her newfound morphing abilities.
Studying Conney’s appearance closely, Bonney unintentionally replicates the former queen to comedic effect as two identical women stand side by side to everyone’s confusion.
However, Bulldog bears ominous news – the deposed cruel King Bekori has managed to covertly escape from custody.
Worse still, Bekori has now secured World Government support to stage another coup attempt against Sorbet Kingdom. And so peril still looms as peace remains threatened by Bekori’s determination for power and retribution.
