Momonosuke, Kinemon, and Yamato
Momonosuke is transformed into his dragon form with Yamato and Kinemon sitting on his head. But Momosuke is running instead of flying. Momonosuke is surprised to hear that Yamato is not going to the seas with the straw hats. Yamato says that she has already told Luffy and has made a decision. She will travel the Wano country first, just as Oden did, then head out to the sea. Momonosuke is angry after listening to Yamato that he spoke with Luffy and said goodbyes, but he did not get to say goodbye himself and reminisce about his time with Luffy.
He is angry at Luffy and wonders if Luffy has a heart or not. Why would he leave without saying anything? Kinemon agrees with Momonosuke and is angry about Luffy and others leaving Wano without saying anything himself.
Tokage Port; Saying Goodbyes!
Meanwhile, at Tokage Port, the ships are ready to go, and Law tells Luffy that they will be enemies the next they meet. Chopper tries to say goodbye to Law but tells him to shut up, leaving poor Chopper surprised. Momonosuke arrives and transforms into his human and charges at Luffy with the intention to hit him. Everyone greets each other, and Yamato says that they are here to say goodbye. Kinemon draws his blade at Luffy too. Momonosuke glares at Luffy and then starts to bawl like a kid asking him not to leave him alone.
Straw hats are moved by crying Momonosuke and Franky start to cry as well, whereas Robin says that it can’t be helped because he is 8 years old. Luffy hands the pirate flag to him, saying that he knows that he is a coward, but he is his brother and the Shogun. Luffy goes on to say that put this flag somewhere in the Wano country and if an enemy arrives in the future, then show them this, and if they get in a fight with you, then they get in a fight with us. If you guys ever want to become pirates, then I will come for you, says Luffy to Momonosuke, Kinemon, and Yamato. The Straw hats wave goodbyes and get off the Wano country.
New Wano!
Back again at the Flower Capital, the teacher continues the story and tells them about how Orochi was killed by the Denjiro when he went to the princess with killing intentions. Hiyori takes part in the storytelling dressed as Komurasaki, and with a newfound Wano, she tells the citizen of the Wano that the Curse of the Kurozumi won’t affect the Wano country anymore because The Kurozumi was born to burn, and with it, the curses no longer will affect the Wano.
Momonosuke, along with Kinemon and Yamato, goes to the Shougun castle, where people greet them. The new shogun of Wano is ready to take on the new task of protecting and developing the Wano alongside his subordinates. At the end of the chapter, Momonosuke wonders where he should put the flag. The narration at the end of the chapters says that if the chances allow, then we will see these warriors again, but we will take a break now. The final act of Wano ends.
