Nell is still having trouble juggling her professional life with her odd new ability, but the first trailer for Not Dead Yet season 2 looks like even more ghostly fun.
The teaser depicts Nell at her wits’ end as the ghosts continue to haunt her at the most inconvenient times, making it extremely difficult for her to lead a normal life, amidst the typical sitcom jokes. It also featured the arrival of Nell’s boss, Duncan Rhodes, who is quite pleased with her work. Perhaps in Not Dead Yet season 2, Nell’s career will take off even more. The first episode for the season aired on 06 February, 2024.
Gina Rodriguez, who plays Nell Serrano in Not Dead Yet season 2, is the only member of the cast who has already been confirmed to return. There were a lot of guest stars in the first season as well, so this pattern is probably going to continue.
Brad Garrett, who plays Duncan Rhodes, the proprietor of the newspaper where Nell works, is one well-known guest star that has already been seen. Wendie Malick, Nico Santos, Rob Corddry, Tommy Martinez, Lidia Porto, Jesse Garcia, and Cedric Yarbrough are among the other confirmed guest stars.

Spoilers
The second episode for the season will air on 14 February, 2024. The title for the episode is “Not Valentine Yet.” Nell was moved by Cricket’s frank remarks on Valentine’s Day. She was thinking about her life’s patterns in the midst of the romantic setting.
Cricket’s realization made her face a reality she had been avoiding: maybe her interest in ghosts protected her from being vulnerable and prevented her from accepting love. A mixture of curiosity and apprehension greeted the realization.
Nell felt the weight of her previous decisions and the potential for a different course in front of her. Nell made the decision to face her anxieties and welcome the possibility of the warmth of love as she observed couples sharing an embrace and hearts decorating the streets.
Recap
As her father, Duncan Rhodes, the owner of SoCal Independent, walked into the office, Lexi saw with growing dismay. His friendly manner pulled her colleague Nell into the conversation right away.
Even though Lexi tried not to get distracted from her work, she couldn’t help but feel left out as her father and Nell developed a close relationship. Nell’s wit and observations seemed to have all of Duncan’s attention, leaving Lexi feeling marginalized in her own field.
As the day went on, Lexi struggled with a range of feelings and came to the conclusion that her relationship with her father might be more nuanced than she had previously admitted.
