Deku is going to be on the cover of the Weekly Shonen Jump’s 46th issue while the amazing double spread of the chapter features the latest three wielders of the One For All, Nana Shimura, All Might in his latest mecha-suit and, of course, Izuku Midoriya.
The title of My Hero Academia Chapter 403 is only partially revealed at the start of the chapter, which is “The End of An Era and…” and the chapter begins with a flashback with All Might’s narration when he was a child reading an Anpanman manga with his mother.

All Might says that his childhood was very normal and wasn’t something one would call an “origin story,” but it is what made him be, and the path he chose was important.
Coming back to the current scenario, it is revealed that All For One had already destroyed the gauntlet before All Might could use his blast, as the former anticipated that the latter would do something crazy, as wounded heroes are always dangerous. On top of this, All For One uses Stain’s quirk to paralyze All Might as well.
Seeing All Might being trapped, Gentle wants to go help All Might; however, AFO shoots a laser at the U.A., forcing the former to be there and hold the school. The jets start to dive in, which are operated by the Americans as they do not want Star’s idol to die; however, AFO easily destroys them as well.
Bakugo Is Here!
AFO lights All Might in the air with his hands, and everyone is feeling hopeless. Deku is crying in agony, being unable to do anything, while the next page of My Hero Academia Chapter 403 sees people all around the area watching this unfold in front of the television, with some still rooting for All Might while the others have given up.
Among the many faces are Melissa and Gran Torino, while Deku doesn’t know what to do. All Might’s face is sad and desperate, and it is unlike before anything we have seen. An Explosion occurs at the U.A. in the next double spread, and Deku happens to look there and sees Bakugo on top of it.

The next single page sees Bakuguo covered in blood but standing still as the title of the chapter is once again recalled saying, “The End of An Era…” The next page then sees Bakugou holding All Might’s card, and a single panel sees child Deku and Bakugo playing with the card while All Might is watching from afar.
