The story of My Happy Marriage, based on the light novels by Akumi Agitogi and Tsukiho Tsukioka, follows Miyo Saimori, a young woman born into a noble family but without any supernatural abilities.
Rejected by her cruel stepmother and forced into servitude, Miyo’s life takes a turn when she is arranged to marry Kiyoka Kudo, a man rumored to be cold-hearted.
Though Miyo initially fears her new life will be even harsher, she discovers that Kiyoka is kind and understanding, far from the monster she had imagined.
As the couple spends more time together, they begin to heal each other’s emotional wounds and build a relationship based on trust and love.
Season 2 promises to dive deeper into their evolving bond while introducing new challenges and characters.
Kaoruko Jinnochi, voiced by Haruka Tomatsu, is expected to add a fresh dynamic to the story. Fans can also anticipate more stunning visuals and emotionally charged moments from Kinema Citrus.
With its blend of romance, drama, and supernatural elements, My Happy Marriage continues to resonate with audiences.
The upcoming season is highly anticipated, not only for its heartwarming storyline but also for its stellar music, voice acting, and animation.
