Jared March, the producer of MTV’s The Challenge, passed away at 28 after a cancer diagnosis in 2022.
The Team Jmared Foundation, established by March to support cancer patients, confirmed the producer’s passing.
His obituary reveals he passed away in New York on January 27, just weeks after marrying Brittany Greene March on December 30, 2023. Brittany, expressing pride, shared tributes on Instagram alongside photos and memorial videos.
A funeral service occurred on Wednesday at Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Chapel in North Lauderdale, Florida.
“The biggest takeaway from 2023 for Jared and I has been the idea of finding a balance between planning for the future and living for the now,” she wrote. “It’s important to have things to look forward to, however, you shouldn’t always hold out on things that could happen now.
“In the spirit of living for today, Jared and I spontaneously decided to get married yesterday. We are still so excited for our big celebration later in 2024, but we didn’t want to wait to start this next phase of our lives together.”
“I told Jared before we decided to officially start dating that if we went through with it, we were going to have to get married. I’m so happy that worked out. I love you, Mr. March.”
