Min Hee Jin, the former CEO of ADOR, issued an official statement on November 13, 2025, to address the news that all members of NewJeans had decided to return to the agency.
She began by acknowledging the numerous inquiries she had received and affirmed her belief that the members reached their decision to return together only after “deep deliberation and discussion.”
This choice, she stated, she completely respects and supports.
She also expressed her deep appreciation for the courage of the members who “joined hands again to protect one another” despite the preceding difficulties.
The Mandate: NewJeans Must Remain Five
The central point of her statement was the necessity of maintaining the group’s unity.
While asserting that she is personally capable of starting her career anew anywhere, she maintained that the integrity of the group is paramount.
She declared her firm belief that “NewJeans must be kept intact as five members” under any circumstances.
Her ultimate hope for the group is not just success, but that “all five members are happy” and that NewJeans grows “stronger and… even better.”
Message to Fans and Future Support
Min Hee Jin used the statement to connect with the fans, or “Bunnies,” who stood by the group during the challenging period.
She asked for a warm welcome to be extended to the members as they make their official return.
Also, she pledged her personal commitment to the group’s future, stating she would “watch over NewJeans’ music and growth and support them to the very end.”
Separation from Legal Litigation
She drew a sharp distinction between her personal affairs and the group’s future.
She noted that the ongoing litigation between her and HYBE had prolonged a difficult time for everyone, but she stressed that this legal battle is “entirely separate and has nothing to do with NewJeans.”
Min Hee Jin affirmed her commitment to seeking the truth in her own individual lawsuits and asked for continued support in that endeavor.
