In a shocking turn of events, popular actress Thandiwe Newton is parting ways with her husband OI Parker after 24 long years! The divorce news comes after the actress dramatically exited from the third instalment of the Magic Mike franchise recently.
While it is reportedly revealed that Thandiwe is struggling with the separation, the two have been married for more than two decades and share three children. The star is reportedly in a bad place and is struggling while her team is looking forward to getting her support. Moreover, it has earlier been reported that Thandiwe got into a heated argument on set with co-star Channing Tatum!
The Actress Has Also Stepped Out Of The Magic Mike Production!
Thandiwe recently made headlines after stepping away from the new Magic Mike that is currently under production. As sources claim, a lot going on in her personal life, with her marital bliss coming to an end after 24 long years. She has been under so much stress lately that the star even brought her two pet rabbits to her hotel to provide emotional support.

Later, studio giant Warner Bros has also released a statement confirming her departure stating that the star has made the difficult decision to step away from the production to deal with family matters. A source has claimed that Thandiwe has been acting strangely onset and is rumoured to be highly strung. It was further added that her apparent breakdown caused so much disruption that it became clear she couldn’t play the role or go forward with it.
Thandiwe Newton has also reportedly fired her UK agent who was there for almost three decades as her US agent Gaby Morgerman flew in to try to help. Gaby Morgerman has been dealing with some of the biggest A-listers including actors like Matthew McConaughey and Minnie Driver over her thirty-year career at the known agency William Morris. As Thandiwe was initially supposed to leave immediately for a rehab facility in Malibu, the said place couldn’t take her. Now, it is rumoured that the facility in Arizona is making arrangements to take the actress in if she agrees to go there.
