Mayans M.C. Season 4 Episode 1 Recap
Mayans M.C. Season 4 Episode 1 opens up with EZ and Angel forced to make their way inside the club after the Yuma Mayans, and their allies began their attack on Santo Padre. Turns out EZ missed his shot, and Canche is still alive and is out on revenge. On top of that, Santo Padre was not prepared for this war. They don’t have enough ammo to fight their way back.
After the lights go out, Santo Padre decides to fight back with fire using Molotov cocktails. EZ takes the lead in throwing the cocktails while Creeper tries to approach the generator. Meanwhile, inside, Bishop is not ready to give up his club. Hearing the women cry fuels him with more anger until Nails shouts at him.
Back on the outside, Creeper manages to push a truck into the door before returning inside. On his way back, Creeper takes more than one shot leaving him heavily injured. Gilly and Coco return to the club only to see Yuma Mayans attacking them. They had a van in their sight that contained all the ammunition Santo Padre needed. Coco tries to retrieve some but has to retaliate when one of the Yuma Mayans throws a Molotov cocktail at the van.
Santo Padre manages to turn the generator on, but at the wrong time, one of the girls leaves the building to only get shot. At this point, the club had slowly come to realize that they couldn’t win this war. They were on some of their last bullets. Gilly and Coco managed to get inside the club. The team comes together to take down one line of Mayans.
Bishop has no clue what to do next. EZ doesn’t want Angel & Nail’s Baby to have to pay for their sins. This sees him dropping his gun and surrendering. The rest of the Santo Padre also follow in to surrender. Canche gives all the threats he can until Marcus Alvarez arrives. He asks Canche to back out, and the Episode closes with Marcus Alvarez declaring this club belongs to him.

Mayans M.C. Season 4 Episode 1 Review
Mayans M.C Season 4 Episode 1 is probably one of the most intense and best episodes from the show. The hour-long premiere Episode was full of action and running high on emotions. For the entirety of the Episode, as a viewer, you may feel this is the last we have seen of Santo Padre. But at the same time, there is hope that a new Season won’t just end the club just like that.
So, you can easily say that something or someone will save the club at the last moment. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the premiere. With a little left hope, watching the Santo Padre fight with much less ammunition is a treat. We see them come together and prove where their loyalties are.
Bishop continues to deny losing the war while Nails blasts at him. Certainly, everyone was scared. This becomes more believable when Tranq calls his mother, believing this is the last time he will talk to her.
We got EZ showing why he is the best when he decides to give himself up for his brother and Nail’s baby. He receives the same love back when the entire gang comes out to stand with him. The moment that may end up giving you goosebumps gives the feeling that if they are going down, they may go down together. At this point, we don’t know what Marcus plans to do with the club. For that, we may have to refer to Episode 2.
