MasterChef Australia Season 15 Episode 30 release date is what fans ate wondering about. The series throws light on a culinary reality TV series where we witness contestants taking part in order to win the title and opportunities that come with the same on the screen. Network 10 has commissioned the show for their channel.
With the 15th season returning, it was confirmed by the creators that there would be only 18 contestants on the stage, this time competing against each other. Usually, the show had 24 amateurs set up against each other. The 15th season is also called Secrets and Surprises.
Adhering to the title, throughout the episodes, we see a new twist or a surprise being added to the game, which gets us the most drama possible. During the course of the show, we saw a new concept being introduced called a second chance apron. This title was won by the first challenge winner of the season.
It was actually kept hidden from the rest of the chefs taking part. The meaning of this is that the contestant can now come back on the screen even after being eliminated and have yet another chance at re-entry into the game. Up next, we saw that Shannon Bennett had come back for the 15th installment in the form of a mentor for the folks.
MasterChef Australia Season 15 Episode 29 Recap
Back in MasterChef Australia Season 15 Episode 29, which was released this week on Thursday, we saw a Condiment Immunity Challenge taking place. The contestants taking part in the same were Adi, Brent, Ralph, Rhiannon, and Rue. Curtis Stone was the host, and he described how the players would be given 45 minutes.
During this time, they will have to make their own condiment which can be a sauce or relish or jam, or chutney. The three contestants whose condiments really impressed the judges were the mango chili sauce that Brent made. Then Rhiannon made a troppo chutney that won hearts. It was created by using mangoes and pineapples.
The third was Rue’s ‘BarbeRue’ sauce which was a sweet and spicy Barbeque sauce. The three contestants were thus chosen to move forward with round two, where they were required to make a dish that would go well with the condiments they had made earlier.
During this round, Brent decided to go with Coral Tacos, which did work out well with the sauce. Although, the judges specified how his tortillas were too blonde. Rhiannon decided to cook some prawns in three ways. It was wildly appreciated by the judges, who liked how she showcased the taste of her chutney in three different ways.
Rue decided to go with the classic for her BarbeRue sauce and made ribs and chicken. It was perfect for the pork ribs and also gave the chicken a great flavor. Thus, this meant that Rue was immune from the elimination round, which will come in the 30th episode. Her sauce was also put up for sale in Coles Supermarkets for some time.
